"CLOSE-RABS" is a closed-type RABS with an intermediate structure between an isolator and a laminar flow hood, which has a lower contamination risk compared to laminar flow hoods and is relatively more affordable than isolators. The monitoring items include air velocity, chamber pressure, and humidity.
